In,2005, China Association of Plant Engineering (CAPE) established its branch institute National On-line Leak Sealing Technology Center at TXY Sealing Material Co. ,Ltd, affiliated to General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ). With support form experts from the Center, professionals from University and specialists from maintenance companies, we developed a program with knowledge teaching and skills training parts to transfer on-line leak sealing technology in China. The training program is also the only instruction courses for Under Pressure Operation Certificate Test, an entrance admission examination of the leak sealing industry. In the past four years, we have received training applications from about 1500 companies of various industries and issued 2700 Operation Certificates to qualified trainees, building a national multi-industry network in China.

Basing on the past experience, now we have developed English training program for international clients and received training application from Nigeria, Bahrain, Pakistan, Indonesia, India, Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia and Malaysia. Friends and clients from the world are welcomed to learn and receive an one-week training program at Tianjin, the second largest industry city in China.

As at least two working staffs are required to finish the sealing, we strongly suggest applicants come for the training with at least another companion
